Philia Real Estate was born from the need to take each client towards a successful real estate goal, supporting the process, from the onset to the after-sales phases, to find and reach together the best economic and housing solutions suitable for every need.

The history of Philia Real Estate has a long real estate and entrepreneurial tradition behind it: Andrea, the Company owner, was born in a family immersed in the field and took his first steps at the age of twenty, managing a timber company and soon becoming purchasing manager of the real estate field. In a short time, Andrea founds his first business: a company linked to the wooden construction industry that allows him to receive orders throughout northern Italy.
Driven by the desire to grow, he decides to follow his vocation, becoming a real estate agent. Very quickly, experience turns into necessity: thanks to the know-how acquired, Andrea finally founds his own real estate agency in franchise. The satisfactions obtained lead him not to be content yet, he continues to explore new job opportunities: thus, Philia Real Estate was born.
Andrea’s skills in the construction and in commercial fields merge with the knowledge accumulated in the field by Carla, collaborator of Philia Real Estate and owner of Casa Ok, a real estate agency already in the market for more than thirty years, thus giving Philia Real Estate, a campany already rich in innovation and awareness, a further expert and attentive gaze on the market.

Nike Residence was designed and built with the aim of favoring and promoting qualitative construction which, through the use of contemporary techniques, practices and values, would allow end customers to live in an efficient, lasting and exclusive context.
The excellence, quality and comfort of living are the foundations on which the project was developed: nature and sustainability have been inserted and integrated with awareness to allow the property to dialogue with the surrounding context and to benefit as much as possible the elements that the environment naturally offers. The Residence, built with vaulted openings that allow you to easily exploit the natural light of the sun, it has a green roof capable of conferring technical benefits on the house and an advanced system that has totally excluded the use of gas inside the structure.
The built Residence fully reflects the qualitative value that distinguishes us and, starting from the square footage up to the layout, it was developed according to the personal needs reported by the customers, a procedure that made it possible to pre sell all the housing units in just 45 days.

Onice project was created to give the opportunity to an entire family made up of several units to live in a quality, exclusive and personalized single property; without having to give up freedom and independence.
Each apartment has been designed to distinguish itself from the other in terms of size and internal layout. It has a private entrance and is complete, even for the first floors, with a small portion of private garden. The latest generation autonomous system and the details and living accessories that make up each unit have allowed the property to favor the housing needs of each family member, thus giving each individual space independence and personality.

Primula project emerges from the need to translate the contemporary concept of three-family construction into practical terms and to give maximum exclusivity and privacy to each unit, thus abandoning old housing models and building new ones together, according to the personal needs and requests of the clients.
The primary need on which the property was designed and built is to best express a high quality of life with low energy costs: the value of the eco-sustainable materials used and the systems that allow the total non-use of natural gas make the Project a functional and effective solution, at the same time exclusive and sophisticated.
During construction, the Philia Real Estate team paid attention to capture and translate concretely the suggestions and opinions of the buyers, guiding them along the path towards the best performance results and needs, pre selling the entire property in about 40 days from presentation date.
